2 Hounds Design began in 2003 and Wiggles Wags & Whiskers began in 2002. The two companies joined forces in 2009 to create the ultimate source for designer dog collars, leashes, and harnesses.

The Wiggles Wags and Whiskers patented no-pull harness is an innovative answer to an age old problem: how to easily control your dogs and stop them from pulling. Our patented control loop on the back of the harness tightens gently around your dog's chest to prevent pulling while the Swiss Velvet lining and turned out edges help prevent rubbing and chaffing in the delicate armpit areas.
