This is a community where all independently owned pet stores, boutiques, groomers and veterinary clinics come to place their orders for some of the finest and unique pet products available. All wholesale pricing is supplied directly from each manufacturer.
Independant Vendors For Independant Retailers:
PrestigeProductsEast.com is a 100% FREE service available to INDEPENDENT PET RETAILERS.
We are “TO THE TRADE”, strictly wholesale and never sell to the general public. To set up an account you must have a valid Tax ID number and Resale License. Fill out our short registration form, and you will have immediate and unrestricted access to all vendor products and wholesale pricing on our website.

Because of our continued growth, we are offering this site as an opportunity to help fill orders between scheduled visits.
Its nice to see high resolution photos and product descriptions on a website but it is better to see and touch the products before you spend your hard earned money. Updates on Featured Products & New Arrivals:
"Featured Products": Each month we ask our manufacturers to offer Specials to our customers. These Specials are called "Featured Products." All products you see in the Featured Products slider on our home page are being offered at a discounted price for a limited time.
"New Arrivals": Each time PrestigeProductsEast.com adds new products to our site, we want you to be able to see them immediately. You will find all new products in the "New Arrivals" slider on our home page.
Adding & Removing Items From Your Shopping Cart:
Adding products to your cart is as easy as clicking on the "Add To Cart" button after putting in the quantity of products desired. Removing products from your cart is just as simple: Go to your shopping cart, find the product you would like to remove, and click on the little trash can icon to the far right of that product.
You can also adjust orders by changing the value in the quantity boxes and clicking the "Update Cart" button.
Submitting Your Order:
When you have completed your shopping and are ready to submit your order, simply click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button in the lower right hand corner of your shopping cart. You will be taken to a page where you will be asked to verify the shipping information that you put in your account details when you set up your account. You will be able to accept that shipping address or ship to a different address. (This is very useful to stores that have multiple locations). Once you verify your shipping address, you will see a shipping notice and you will be asked for payment information. If you have previously saved your credit cards in "My Account" / "My Cards," you will see those credit cards auto populate. Choose which credit card you would like to use for that particular order and then press the button "Continue". You wil be taken to another page that will offer you the opportunity to submit a comment with your order. This comment section can be used for special order instructions or the date in which you would like your order to arrive at your store. Then just click the "Place Order button and your done. Within seconds you and the vendor will have a copy of your order in your email boxes.
How Shipping Fees Are Calculated:
Every vendor on PrestigeProductsEast.com has individual shipping policies. This information can be found in the order terms section for each vendor or product. Some vendors offer free shipping after meeting their minimum order requirements and some vendors include shipping fees in their pricing. If you would like a shipping quote prior to an order being placed, please contact us.
Billing For your Order:
All Credit Card payments are processed by the vendor in which you have placed your order. Typically your credit card won't be charged until your order is ready to ship. Credit cards and payment terms are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by each vendor.
Some vendors don't accept credit cards and will include a final invoice with your order. You will then send that vendor a check for payment.
Some vendors will extend terms to qualifying stores. Please contact us for questions regarding setting up terms with individual vendors.
For billing information pertaining to a specific order, please contact PrestigeProductsEast.com. Each vendor should supply a final invoice with your order, whether it is included in your order packaging, emailed or faxed.
Cancellation & Return Policies:
Many vendors work quickly in an effort to get your products out the door the same day you place your order. Please double check your orders before submitting them. Orders can be amended or canceled immediately after submission by contacting PrestigeProductsEast.com. If an order has already shipped prior to your request to amend or cancel, you may be held responsible for shipping fees at the vendor discretion. All vendors will stand behind their products 100% and will replace (at no cost to you) any products that are defective or damaged upon arrival to your store. Merchandise returns, exchanges and credits are subject to the terms and policies of each vendor.
Checking The Status Of Your Order:
