All animals come from small, under 100 head family run Minnesota and Wisconsin farms. They are accumulated from smaller processors and cooked in a "State 2" certified Human Grade plant. One day the facility may be cooking smoked turkey, salmon or award winning bacon and the next our high quality cow bones.
All varieties of bones come from mature animals resulting in bones being larger than typical. The marrow meat and fat tailings are left to provide gnawing and chewing enjoyment.
